Affirm (formerly known as PayBright) is one of Canada’s leading installment payment platforms, providing shoppers with buy now, pay later solutions at their favorite retailers, both in-store and online. By selecting Affirm as a payment method at checkout, customers can enjoy their purchase immediately, while spreading their payments over time.
Quick and convenient checkout Place your order quickly and easily by choosing Affirm as your payment choice at checkout. Simply enter a few details to get an instant decision. Then, complete your purchase. Easy payments Turn on AutoPay and Affirm will automatically charge payments from your chosen payment method.
1. ShopBrowse DIVINUS and add your favorite finds to your shopping cart.
2. Select At checkout, choose Affirm as your payment method.
3. Checkout Complete your purchase and choose between 3, 6 or 12 month installment payments. Subject to credit approval.
4. Pay The remaining payments are charged to your debit card based on which instalment plan you chose.
When you create an Affirm account, we perform a soft credit check. Don’t worry though—while it may appear on your credit report, a soft credit check doesn’t affect your credit score. To learn more about Affirm and credit checks, please read this FAQ article on the Affirm help site.
- A Canadian bank account or Visa/Mastercard debit card (your debit card must have the Visa or Mastercard logo)

Sure, at any time! There are no penalties or fees for early repayments. To pay off your current balance, please login to the Affirm Customer Portal with the phone number you used to sign up with. If you have any additional questions about your account or payment schedule, send us a message here.
If the order has been shipped
If you need to cancel your order and your order has already been shipped, you will need to pay the $100 restocking fee. For doorstep delivery items, it is a flat rate fee of $75. For in home delivery items, it is a flat rate fee of $150. The restocking fee needs to be paid before we refund your payment. In the event of a cancellation, incurred interest payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@divinusfurniture.com.
If the order has not been shipped
If the order has not been shipped, you will not be charged. If you’ve already made a payment to Affirm and are owed a refund this may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. If you have any questions about the refund process, please reach out to the Affirm team through this contact form.

No, you won’t be charged. If you’ve already made a payment to Affirm and are owed a refund this may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. Yes. You’ll need:
- Canadian permanent resident or citizen - 18 years of age (AB, MB, ON, PEI, QC, SK)/ 19 Years of age (BC, NB, NF, NT, NS, NU, YK)
- A Canadian Visa or Mastercard debit card (with the Visa/Mastercard logo), which can be used for online transactions
- An SMS-capable Canadian phone number
- To meet the minimum cart size required to use Affirm as a payment option at checkout
The option to pay in installments with Affirm will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your identity. You’ll then set up your payment method with Affirm and accept the terms of your payment plan.

At checkout, you can set up convenient, automatic pre-authorized payments using your Canadian Visa, Mastercard or debit card.
Affirm payment plans are available for orders from $200 to $15,000.
For pre-orders, the first payment will be due when you place your order. Because our pre-order products have extended delivery times which are subject to change, your loan payments may be due before you receive your purchase. Please refer to the loan agreement for all of your payment schedule information. If you decide to cancel your pre-order product, incurred interest payments are non-refundable.
Purchases made using Affirm are subject to Divinus Furniture standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by Divinus Furniture, and your Affirm balance will be reduced, cancelled, or refunded accordingly. For information on returns, review Divinus Furniture return policy here.
